Unruly Wines 2022 Blanc de Blancs is our prestige sparkling wine, made in small quantities for you to enjoy on that special occasion.

Made from 100% chardonnay grapes grown on our Wild Vines estate using the Methode Traditionelle with secondary fermentation in the bottle followed by 2 years resting on lees.

This time at rest has resulted in a bright and lively bead with flavours of green apple, stone fruit and citrusy grapefruit with a soft yeasty aroma as you take that first exciting sip.
