The Unruly Wines 2024 ‘high ground’ verdelho is a classic example of a Hunter Valley Verdelho. A variety brought to the Hunter from Portugal and its dependent island territories that found a home here in the early 1800’s.

Natural acidity and aromatic citrus and tropical fruit flavours produce a wonderful example of a very ‘Australian’ white wine.

Crisp, clean and enjoyable with or without food but matches perfectly to a sunny afternoon. Made to enjoy now but will also age gracefully over the next 10+ years.
